The Training and Technical Assistance (T/TA) network was created to assist Head Start and Early Head Start grantees with T/TA needs and to identify T/TA resources.
The HSRC works closely with the OHS, including the immediate Office of Head Start, the Programs Operations Division, the Head Start Regional Program Units, the Educational Development and Partnership Division, the Quality Assurance Division, and the Policy and Budget Division; and with the T/TA national network to gather information and research issues to inform discussion on such areas as changes to the organization and structure of the T/TA Network, turnover of network positions, and suggestions for building systems to accommodate communities of practice.
